- Before entering the sauna, take a lukewarm shower and dry your body thoroughly.
- Enter the sauna cabins without swimwear and always use your towel. The towel should be placed so that you sit on it and also rest your feet on it.
- Start on the lower benches, where the temperature is milder, and gradually move to the higher levels.
- The duration of your sauna session depends on your personal comfort: around 10–15 minutes is recommended, until you begin to sweat.
- After the sauna, the cooling phase is essential: move around briefly, ideally in the fresh air, and then refresh yourself with cold water or ice.
- This is followed by the relaxation phase: take time to rest, accompanied by water or herbal tea.
- For optimal benefits, it is recommended to repeat the full cycle up to three times.
How to enjoy the sauna correctly
The right way to experience the sauna
To fully enjoy the sauna experience, we recommend allowing at least 1.5 hours.
The benefits come from the deep cleansing of the skin through perspiration, as well as the strengthening effect on the cardiovascular system,
supported by the alternation of heat and cold.
