General Conditions

All prices are in EUR, charged per person, include half-board accommodation and the use of the "Rajëta" wellness center. The services included in the single packages won't be refunded in case the guest won't take advantage of them.

Euro 3,80 per person and night.

Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax.

The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Double room or suite for single use: additional charge of 80% on the regular price.

For the suites and the double rooms used as a single one we account an 80% extra charge on the prices above listed.

In case this option is chosen, there will be a 10,00 euro discount per person per day from the regular price. The same rule applies for untaken meals unless notification is given to the reception the same morning.

The rooms are available from 2pm onwards. In case of arrival after 7pm please inform us in advance. On your departure day, you are kindly requested to leave your room by 10am.

We are sorry for not accepting pets in our hotel.

Room reservations are considered binding upon payment of a deposit of €400.00 per room and per week.
Alternatively, you may provide credit card details or use the online payment system “Click to Pay”.

We accept cash, Bancomat, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard credit cards (unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards).

- Until 2 months before your arrival: no cancellation fee. Deposits will be fully refunded minus a handling fee of € 25,00 or credited for a future accommodation in our hotel.

- From 2 month to 4 weeks before your arrival: the deposit will be kept.

- After 4 weeks before your arrival: 80% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement.

- In case of no-show, delayed arrival or prior departure: 100%.

To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest our travel cancellation coverage. For more info please click here.

Our hotel offers modern electric vehicle charging stations, exclusively for our guests.

After check-in, simply scan the QR code and start charging via your smartphone.

The cost is conveniently charged to your room account.
